LODGING OVERVIEW
For a maximum of 8 guests, it is possible to reserve both accommodations of the structure, thus enjoying the exclusive use of the swimming pool, the shaded relaxation area with large table, armchairs, sofas and gas barbecue, as well as the large and well-kept park. With the rental of the Villa you’ll have two independent accommodations with two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with single beds, (or other two double beds on request), two bathrooms, two large living rooms with sofa and dining area with well equipped kitchen.

USEFUL INFORMATIONS
A well-equipped laundry area is available upon request. Wi-Fi internet connection is available for free (Speed: download 30 Mbps – upload 20 Mbps) Guests have access to a large and well-kept park, a play area for children and adults with table tennis, a wooden castle for children and a bowling alley. A reserved shaded parking lot is available for cars. Pets are welcome at Locanda del Moro, advance notice is required and a small supplement is required for extra cleaning, which is necessary after have hosted our 4-legged friends.
FAQ
What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. If you have special needs, let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Free wi-fi is available? Yes, Wi-Fi is available for free. It has a download speed of about 30 Mbps and an upload speed of about 20 Mbps.
Is linen included? Of course. You will find bed linen, kitchen linen, towels and towels for the pool or Jacuzzi. For weekly stays, for those who wish, towels are changed mid-week.
How can I book? Write us an email or a Whatsapp message indicating the period you are interested and how many people will be with you, we will reply you as soon as possible offering you a discounted rate, reserved for direct bookings.
When is the pool open? The pool is normally open from the beginning of May to the end of
September.
Is the pool heated? The pool water is heated during the months of May and September, weather permitting.
When is the Jacuzzi available? The hot tub Jacuzzi is available from October to April
Who can use the hot tub? Is there a cost? The hot tub is open to guests over the age of 12 who request it with at least 24 hours notice. The cost is 15.00 euros per person for a 30-45 minute session. We are happy to offer a free session to those staying over for at least 3 nights.
Are pets allowed? Of course. Our guests can bring their pets, they must be well-behaved in the
apartment and advance notice is required. A small supplement is required for extra cleaning, which
is necessary where four-legged friends have been hosted (10,00 euros per day).
Are children welcome?
We welcome individuals, couples and families with children of all ages. We can provide cot, and
highchair on request.
Do you offer laundry service?
Guests can use the laundry room for free on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays by prior. arrangement. In addition to the washing machine, there is also a dryer and a sink.
